From the moment I stepped into Dr. Rick's office, I felt at ease. There's something about an immaculate and very well-appointed lobby that reveals something positive about the level of professionalism one is about to experience. Next came the receptionist. This is crucial. This person can make or break a business. Yet, once again, I was not disappointed. Pure professionalism, friendliness, comfort, attention to detail, etc. Next, I was given a tour of the office and saw machinery that is state of the art, individual rooms that were very well appointed, and incredible energy from every step staff member I passed in the hallway. Once I was taken to my room, I experienced nothing but the very best from Dr. Rick and his assistant Bridget. They assessed my needs, took necessary X-rays and photographs, quickly cleaned and prepped the area with no pain, and installed a new crown. Wow! I did not expect it to be that easy. I probably laughed more during this procedure from their banter than I've ever laughed in a dentist's office. It made me feel incredibly comfortable. This was followed up by my 6-month cleaning (done by Lilly - - the plaque pirate who leaves no treasure buried) and a thorough exam determining what I needed to do in the future. So get this, instead of waiting for the future, I told them to book me to get everything done as quickly as possible. In just a few days, my mouth will be exactly how I've wanted it to be for years. Thank you to Dr. Rick and your amazing crew. I wish I would have discovered you years ago. Is it weird that I'm looking forward to going back? 🙂
